It is becoming clear that inadequate sleep or poor quality of sleep significantly worsens vascular disease involving the heart, brain and other organs.  Sleep disorders increase risks of heart attack, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke, memory impairment, and obesity at all ages.  Caregivers are also at risk for disrupted and inadequate sleep. Dr. Rubin will discuss factors that decrease the quantity and quality of sleep, and treatments to help you feel better and improve your health by achieving a better sleep.
